Zepar Seal
Brought together

The Spirit of Zepar brings them together in red.

Zepar the Count or Zepar, is a Great Duke, and appeareth in Red Apparel and Armour, like a Soldier. His office is to cause Women to love Men, and to bring them together in love. He also maketh them barren.

In 1890 a novelest named Abraham took up residence in Whitby, a seaside town and port in North Yorkshire, England. One interesting feature of Whitby is Whitby Abbey, a church that is situated overlooking the North Sea on the East Cliff above Whitby.

Abraham was a literary staff writer for The Daily Telegraph in London and a member of the London Library. Abraham was looking for inspiration for something supernatural, and hoped to find it in Whitby. On holiday, Abraham visited Scotland, where he visited Cruden Bay in 1894 and 95 at the Kilmarnock Arms Hotel. Nearby is a Slains Castle with a distinct octagonal hall.

By 1896, Abraham typed a 541 page novel, having many emendations, of which he hand-wrote the title, "The Un-Dead". While at Whitby Library, Abraham was researching Romanian history and folklore when he happened upon seeing the name, Dracul. Abraham believed the name to mean "devil" in Romanian. Thus Dracula became the name of the antagonist for Abraham's story, which also became the title by 1897.

After suffering a number of strokes, Abraham "Bram" Stoker died at No. 26 St George's Square, London on 20 April 1912.

Zepar's mystical number is 26.
